Spartan Race loves Spectators!
As a Spartan Race spectator, you get access to view some obstacles on the course, the finish line, the vendor tents, and hot food for sale on the grounds! So enjoy the music and watch your friends and loved ones slip and slide through the Spartan course, from the safety, comfort, and relative mudlessness of the Spartan Race festival ground areas! Raffles, entertainment, spectator challenges, free muddy hugs from Spartan athletes, and all the other festival perks make this the best race to attend as a spectator!
Yes, but can I get on the course to watch my racer?
As for roaming the course or watching each obstacle, each course will have different restrictions. At most events, the festival area is situated within sight of at least 6 obstacles where you can catch your family and friends.
What can I bring into the race with me?
You'll want to check the Athlete Guide and/or Event Page for your specific event for any special guidelines on what you may/may not bring into an event. However, as a general rule, outside food and drink, coolers, and tents are not allowed. You are welcome to bring a folding chair, backpack, etc. if you would like.
